Turning to the right
My eyes following
Pulling to the left
Gravity won't let me go
Held in between
Caught in tension
Suspended motionless
By two opposing forces
I need to break free
To go one way or the other
I pull away from gravity
I lean to the right
I get pulled back
But I have to keep moving
Staying in the same place
Will kill me
I pull again
I snap straight back
Giving up isn't an option
So I try again
Each time I move a bit further
This will take some time
I'm torn between two places
Where I was and where I want to be
Gravity pulls me back
But I WANT to push forward
